Tnsmediagroup clears wooded and brushy parcels across the Waco area, removing standing timber and undergrowth and then grubbing out the stumps and roots below grade. From there we either haul the debris off or mulch it on site, leaving you a clean, gradeable surface ready for the next stage of work.

Why Grubbing Below Grade Matters

Cutting a tree at the surface leaves the stump and root ball in the ground, and those decay over time and create voids and soft spots under a future pad or driveway. Grubbing pulls the roots out so the fill you place later compacts evenly. On a China Spring acreage or a Bellmead infill lot, that step is what separates a stable pad from one that dips a year in.

Our Process

We file the 811 locate, then work the lot with an excavator and skid steer, dropping and processing trees before grubbing the stumps. Brush gets chipped or hauled, and we backfill and compact any voids the roots leave behind. Erosion blankets and silt fence protect the bare ground until grading begins, keeping loose soil out of the storm system.
